I need to run a DSP algorithm in MATLAB.
I have to develop real time system with data acquisition and signal processing.
My questions is that can I use Raspberry products or some other SBC (Single Board Computer) for
this purpose.
suggest any other option if someone have.

Your question is not clear.

I need to run a DSP algorithm in MATLAB.
MATLAB is a system modelling software that will run on your PC. You use it model a system that will eventually be implemented on hardware.

I have to develop real time system with data acquisition and signal processing.
This can be implemented using a SCB and possibly Raspberry Pi too.

Wait, again what do you want............install and run MATLAB on a SCB/Raspberry Pi?

In understand the question so that the OP wants to run MATLAB generated code on the Raspberry Pi.

Check the available MATLAB code generation options and if they are available with your MATLAB license.
