Power 4G mobile that can transmit?

i know gsm 2g mobile is about 1-2 watt. i read it in some book communication,i had a question is a good reference that discuss and mention typical power 3G and 4G a mobile in different rate download speed 7M 21M 50 M
i search very much i can not find power info.
please guide thanks in advance
