I want to measure the AC line voltage with circuit.
Output should be DC so that i can connect it to microcontroller.

Hi,

this was discussed many many times here in this forum and a lot more often in the whole internet.

No question, no specifications... What do you expect?

* Use the "simialar threads" in the box below
* use the search function of this forum
* use a internet serach engine

****

* give specifications
* Read some forum posts, articels, documents --> then ask a dedicated question

Input is 230V AC 50Hz. How to convert it to voltage range of 0-3.5V DC to read by microcontroller.

How about a transformer and a MAX536A true rms to dc chip ?
That will get you 200mV dc, but an opamp can increase that to 3.5v as required.
