sim900 stopped responding when i sent at command "AT+CSCLK"

HI,
i sent at command "AT+CSCLK" through hyper terminal and responded as ok. after that the sim900 is not at all responding to any of the commands.
what is the problem with at+csclk" command . i dont know what this command does actually.
please reply me . i need help .
 

Pull pin #3 of Your sim900 module (DTR pin) to the ground.
Then send a command "AT+CSCLK=0". That will power-off module's sleeping mode.
