Hi,
Search using google for "gl85" you will get 8085 core in vhdl!
I dont think its complete. If you find any thing new please let me know.
If ur writing it yourself I will help you!

Go to www.opencores.org website. You will find a lot of CPU cores there. There is also an 8051 core there. That might be helpful.
