Calculate jacobian matrix at Matlab

Greetings and good time
I have a non-linear system with state space equations formT i use Simulink and MATLAB function for decription systems and.
I have a column vector with two rows, that elements of the vector are linear function of variabels and are derived variabels, I would calculate the Jacobins of the vector. I wrote at MATLAB function ''jacobian'' command.
But it has error ''undefined function or variable jacobian''. I thanks that guidance me.
