My PIC12F1840 + 12C LCD Tachometer using IOC feature

This is the first time I used IOC feature. Maybe the code is not correct. Maybe there is unwanted interrupt firing. If anybody finds such thing in my code then tell me how to fix it.

Code written in mikroC PRO PIC 6.4.0 Compiler.
