AM26LS31 pulse doubts

from pic micro controller i am toggling an io pin at 1khz frequency if i connect to cro i am getting perfect square wave. my doubt is that if i aonnect the io pin to am26ls31 (line driver) input and connect the cro across the two end outputs of the ic can i get the same square wave?
 

Provided it is enabled and connected correctly you should see a signal at both outputs, one virtually identical to the input and the other inverted. If you are measuring across the outputs you should see a square wave reversing in polarity.
