Sometimes ago I found the reason of many install errors like "Can not create tmp file. Check Your temporary folder." etc. This bug causes very often on dual-CPU or HT CPU computers and concern with uncorrect work of Win32 OS with such platforms (especially it relates to Win2k Pro). When I turned off hyper threading in BIOS setup all became fine, but I hope that somebody knows more good solution.
