How to control the firing angle of the SCR

Hello Guys,

Can you help to me on how to determine the firing angle of the SCR and how it is being controlled? Can please give a sample circuit to understand it thoroughly as well.

A simple voltage divider can control the firing angle. Why don't you do an internet search of "SCR firing angle circuit" like I just did? You'd be surprised how easy it is to search the internet!
