I need the OrcaD library for AD7864 which I will be using in designing a FPGA. It is not included in the standard library. Can anyone please help me?

Man, that's a 44-pin QFP package. Creating symbol like this takes 10-15 minutes (that's based on Altium Designer, if it takes more than 20 minutes in Orcad then Orcad sucks more than I thought).

You could've done half of the work by the time you have written this post :)

Learn how to create components, footprints and symbols its a big part of the job, if you cant do that then don't lay out PCB's...
