Pls, give me an example of extra bias circuit for OTA or give me some useful links or literature. I mean cascode biasing with matching (insensitive to threshold voltage, mobility variations and eventually temperature). What is the way to calculate the biasing circuit? Thank you.
 

i have seen a wide swing bias circuit used for bias the folded cascode OTA , u can find the circuit in the book wirrten by johns&martin. hope it can help u
