Need help on device stressing code (Silvaco Atlas)

Hi and good day to all,

I would like to seek for help from experts here.

I am doing hot carrier characterization using Silvaco Atlas. However, I stuck in the stage of stressing the device. Can anybody here help provide me the stressing coding to stress normal 90nm NMOS?

The stressing condition should include Vgate, Vdrain, temperature and duration.

I just need the coding for device stressing. Then I will do the curve plotting to see the degradation.

Please help. Thanks.
