some problem in the boundary and port in the CPW by HFSS?

sry for my delayed response, I got ur messenge.
I modified your model a little bit, and it is attached here.
My comments: If you are investigating the performace of cpw only, there is no need to draw such a big substrate and the two parallel ground plane. The simulation should be accurate enough. About the wave port size, pls check the user manual.
