multisim run simulation

Hi,
when i it the run a simulation on Multisim 2001 i get this error:
Netlist error.
Unable to correctly determine nodes for the current circuit due to the following reasons:
Error: c:\DOCUME~1\user\LOCAL no such file or directory


What's happening? I'm going crazy with this... help please!!!
 

multisim no such file or directory

help us plis,,,we r having the same problem!!!
