What are the best books on millimeter wave circuit design (above 10GHz)...

Devices would be GaAs or InP.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks

by the way, mm-waves are classified to be higher than 30GHz, i think 4 ur case u mean MMICs

ok then for circuits above 30GHz !

hi puppet,
i've already done my master project on mm-wave systems, but actually there s no single book which covers all topics of it !
u ve to refer to many books and articles, but start first 2 learn about passive circuits design, and the different types of transmission lines (microstrip, finlines, suspended, CPW.....etc), as they r the base of such science

in case of anyhelp u need just tell me man, if u needed some papers 4 example
goodluck

i am also learning about mmic design
dear harmony do u MMIC design kits for @ds , so we can use it while we learning
it will be great

thanks in advance

hello guys,
i ll post a new topic called (MICs Tutorials), there i'll attche many helpful papers and articles which can be beneficial 4 u as a start, they have been also beneficial 4 me !

goodluck

harmony: do you have the RIZZI book

can u upload it?

thanks!
