Please anyone can help me with schematic and source code for ultrasonic sensor to be used in a minirrobot.

you can find numerous schematics over internet.

But i tell you that ultrasonics sensors normally work with 40KHz signal, so you only have to make an oscillator al this frequency for the emitter, and modulate you data in OOK mode. So the reciever only have to make a de coder for this signal. it's not difficult

You can buy a ultrasonic distance sensor from jameco. It uses rs232 as i remember. It's very simple to use.
