Hello,

I couldn't find a bright enough 5v Motion Sensor Led Lamp in the market but found this on ebay.

I don't have the items yet - I just ordered it.

if you dont know how to use a microcontroller ---good news., In the given link there is a circuit diagram to test a PIR module(without using a micro). You can modify that circuit.

Another idea no relay involved, you may use some transistors in between PIR sensor and the LEDs. Pay attention to the PIR sensor pinout.
