Is there any way to delete threads by user, which may not be useful, so that the forums get a clean structure and avoid junks ?
 

The moderators are doing that all the time. If we have missed some, simply use the report button to let us know and a moderator will have a look and remove them if appropriate.

i have seen in going through the forum , now i forgot, i will report once i see ones like that
