Self-biasing of a transistor.

I know all the types of bias except self bias. I need the circuit for self-biasing of a transistor.

Related to BJT, the term is usually referring to a common emitter stage with a single bias resistor between collector and base terminal.

Your post shows, that self-biasing isn't a clearly defined term. You'll find different meanings in literature. That's the problem with this kind of questions.
 

Exactly ...."Self Bias" as a term is general

but it is acceptable for simplicity that some types need to be biased (any biasing techniques) so that it works correctly
for example E-Mosfet needs the gate voltage high enough in order to build channel (i.e. referred to as Threshold voltage )
