I have got PMBD7000 (3 pin diode) Pspice model from NXP Semiconductor web-site. This model contains 2 diodes and 3 pins in the diagram
After automatic converting the spice file of PMBD7000(Lib->OLB) using Pspice model editor and put the library in the OrCAD Capture window, only 2 pin symbols are shown in the screen.

I am wondering there are wrong conversion in the pspice model editor of OrCAD Pspice(Ver. 9.1).
Please give me any advice to correct conversion ?

I attached the spice file, symbol diagram and converted file(old).

Thanks.

Yes, shreyas is right. What NXP is offering is individual diode model instead of full package model. You need to create a subckt consisting two diodes, short one pin of each and this would create 3 pin subckt model. Now if you create a symbol, you would get 3 pin symbol.
