How do I view .brd and .sch files?

How do I view .brd and .sch files? Are these Eagle files? I use orCAD. What options do I have?

cadence allegro PCB file & schematic file.

.brd and .sch files are also used by PSD from cadence

cadence and eagle use the same extension .

I tried downloading and using Eagle*. It gives error 289.

Can we translate this file to OrCA*?

bimbla can u open the file in a notepad
and see the info in it.
u may get some clue frm the file sturcture.

.brd files you can see in Allegro
.sch files you can see in PCAD200x
if you work in ORCAD you have to import data from other CAD.
