please recommend a book about differentiable manifold

for beginner is ok. i am an EE PH.d student.
 

I have a basic book,

Elements of Diffential Geometry by millman & parker, 1977 Prentice Hall.

BTW, what do u gonna use it for? I try to understand it and try to use it in a very complex optimization problem.

these are the books that were recommended at university. I prefer the first one by Spivak but I dont have any in electronic format
