Hi

In UK, do you know what standard (i.e. official regulation) governs the isolation requirements for offline SMPS transformers for isolated power supplys?

It will begin "EN"

...but i do not know what exact number it is.

May i ask if you may know this?
 

Unfortunately not... but it will be buried somewhere amongst this lot...

Probably one of the documents in the BS EN 61558 range
