why self biasing is require in analog vlsi design ?
why we are not give direct source ?

Not required, but convenient, wherever possible. Saves transistors, achieves less complex designs.

can I take higher length i.e. I am design in tech. file 180nm and I want to use 500nm is it possible ?

ofcourse it is possible...if it wouldn't be so,the pdk wouldn't give you the ability to use larger L than minimum ;-)

It will save interface pin. Package is becoming dominant in IC cost.

People want to not have to provide you with fancy resources. You're
supposed to be making things easy on the user, not being needy.
