V V

in my experience with power supplies....

The earthpoint is tha main earth/Gnd its the chassis of the equip and would usually connect to the earth lead in the mains power cable.
The protective earthpoint, as you call it, FG... floating Ground, is usually connected to the main earth by hi voltage, small value ceramic capacitors

Is it like FG i.e Frame ground is connected to the electrical Ground of the Circuit through CAP and also to the Earth point through CAP ?

Regards !!
