Who is skilled here in matlab especially in image processing?

Just want to ask sample codes of applications regarding some human detections like edge detection (any type), line detection, template matching, connected components, etc?

Just want to make those sample codes as reference in my project which automatic checking of attendance..

Go through the text- "Feature Extraction and Image Processing" by Mark S. Nixon and Alberto S. Aguado
u can download it easily by jus googling it
There are explanations on how to do different algorithms in it
