You need to setup a polygon connect style rule to direct connect for vias

Yez, but I mean is this a good way to connect 2 planes? Does this follow the design rules?

I would rather place the via all over the board equally distanced ( Via after every 10mm).

I would only use a high density grid of vias like that if there was a very large amount of current passing through that connection.
