Hello All Handsome Man & Pretty Ladies

I am using Cadence 5.1.41 and Mentor Calibre LVS.

For my resistor in schematic: I will key in parameters as W=4 and L=16 which already means 4u and 16u.

After I run calibre LVS: layout => L=16u W=4u
source => L=1.6e+7u W=4e+6u

Property Error.

I check the LVS rule file and the sentence UNIT LENGTH U is present.

Basically, the fundamental error is that it extracts only 4 and 16 from the schematic without the units(micron).

I hope that you would kindly give me some good advise.

Thank you.
