Looking for CW 808nm laser diode with ambient power of 20 mW

Laser diode

I need suggestion about a suitable laser diode I need a CW 808nm laser diode with ambient power of 20 mW. I want to do AM modulation for this diode and my bandwidth will be in the range of 1 GHz (max). can anybody show me a product that can fit my specs.

Have a loock at Roithner Lasertechnik (www.roithner-laser.com). They should have a suitable LD with 808nm and 20mW. Nearly every LD should work at 1GHz. And this is exactly the problem with them: They power up so fast that they were easily destroyed if the current to too high even for 1ns. You sure know that.[/url]
