Need Help in Multiplexed 7 segment display

Hi friends, from last one week i am trying to bang my head on displaying temperature on 7 segment display. I am using 89s52 Microcontroller, 7135 ADC and LM 35 temperature sensor. The problem with my project is i am successful in displaying the temperature in 7 seg display by switching the transistors between the displays but my display is turning off for a fraction of a second and on for a long time. When its turned off, its accessing data from the ADC. is there any way where both accessing and displaying can be done simultaneously. I am attaching the file of my program.
Please do the needful friends.
