Functional pads in allegro

There is any option in allegro to find the traces running near only the used pads?

There is constraints manager where you actually set all the Design rules.

I understand that you want to check only with respect to the used pads of any components.

There is no such rules present in allegro.

if you can elaborate your concern which will let me understand and might be able to help you in better way.
