what do you mean by wire spreading ?
How it helps to reduce the coupling capacitance?

refer this page for basic equation for parallel plate capacitance
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacitance

u see that capcitance C is inversely proportional to distance between the parallel plates .

hence spreading the wires (increase d) will decrease the coupling capacitance

What is effective capacitance ? How the effective capacitance will be affected with respect to wire spreading ?

Whether it will increase the run time ?
