How can I Do Internet Connection Via GPRS Modem sim300C?

Hi
I have a sim300C GPRS Modem with RS232 interface,I need to Connect to the internet with this modem.

I try to do that with creat a Dial_up connection but i got error 777.
I try to do that with Hyper terminal but i got NO CARRIER and when I used
from AT+CEER I got +CEER: GPRS - LCP negotiation timeout

I have some information to connect to the my GPRS SERVER like:

Bearer:GSM-GPRS/GPRS

I am vb.net programmer and I beginner in AT Commands,
Please Help me to create True internet conecction.

I read your posts in **broken link removed** do it and I got IP 10.x.x.x
but I need to the browse web pages,use from ICMP in cmd for ping.
you know?I dont know difrence between ATD*99***8# and AT+CIICR
How can I create dial-up connection via simcom300 with connection wizard?
please Help me

and dial-up connection established successfuly , but I cant browse web sites(yahoo,google,...)via IE and also I cant ping any IPs.

I take print screen from my connection status an attached it,please tell me where is the problem?

If you are trying to send data to an online file, look at this
Itwork fine to send text data to a text file. The same when recieving data from a text file.

Hi meyerlo,
I am using Sim_300, I am trying to do same thing, i.e transferring the file from client to server using FTP using ACTIVE mode as Sim_300 not supporting two connection unlike in ur case, i am getting ERROR 420 couldn't open the port at client side..., Also At+CIPSEND command's prototype is different than what u r sendng.... its like at+cipsend ="TCP","server IP",21.. hey please help i have tried a lot and stuck now,....
Commands are running properly but data is not transferring server showing empty file...... How do i proceed??....
