i dont understand some thing

i know how to make pcb using etching using chemical liquid.

but what about Isolate Routing method ? i saw some video show that making milling & drilling but how to remove ( isolate) the copper ? still all the board is copper

The copper is milled from the fibreglass material using small high-speed grinding tools.

The isolation areas have no copper!

I have this facility but still prefer chemical etching :).

thanks for your reply

but do you mean it is two board attached (Paste) Together ? i did not under stand ?

because i saw in the video in youtube that the full board is copper ?

It is just a normal single or double-sided copper-clad board.

It is a sheet of fibreglass and a solid sheet of copper stuck together.

normally, double side board means two sides of copper and the middle is Fibreglass without copper.

Visit the T-Tech website. We have complete systems starting at 7K that will allow you to isolate and mill copper PCB's. **broken link removed**
