VB programming

Hello friends im making a simple application using VB 6.0 to communicate from my PC to my microcontroller through rs232 protocol. What are the library available in
VB? Can you suggest any algorithm how this project be implemented.

I think you can use mscomm control for this purpose.

hello tnx for ur reply. but im just new to VB 6 can you
give any algorithm how to send 8 different characters from PC to any device through RS232 protocol.
