failed to find 24 bit colour icfb vnc

Hi Sir/Madam,

I try to launch icfb using my vnc but i keep getting the error message below:

Can you guys help? Thanks

*ERROR* Failed to find either 24-bit TrueColor or 8-bit PseudoColor Visual.
*WARNING* Failed to find either 24-bit TrueColor or 8-pbit PseudoColor Visual.
