any guy knows how to get RF or IC dictionary or glossary?

most time I run into some works is diffcult to understand,such as die,pull
current,sink......thanks a lot.

i have the same problem with you. Unfortunately the only solution i have found is to check internet for these things hoping for a clear answer :D

hi,

i don't know whether a dictionary is available as u asked for. but, the questions/terminologies u have asked are found in all the CMOS text books, or digital system design tbks.

here is one very good book for ur reference.

Digital system design, by John F. Wakerly.

u wil need to study the 3rd chapter alone in that. u would come to know, sink current, source current, pullup resistor, pull down resistor, active pull up, passive pullup, hardwired logic, wired and, wired or, etc.....
