Which IPC series is better to use IPC2221 or IPC2222?

Dear all:
I need to put a standard to my PCB team, so i need to ask which ipc series is better to use ipc 2221 or ipc 2222, or what, and where can i download it.

I think ipc 2222 is a part of 2221
