can anyone tell me how to measure the switch's turn-on time and turn-off time using hspice simulation?

switch also have resistor ,maybe you can put it in RC circuit as R.

we known that the t=RC then the time of charging and discharging of the capacitor will help you to determine the value for your turn-on and turn-off of your device.
