2 bit random number program

can u send me the vhdl code for the 2 bit random number generator and 3-8 bit decoder?
 

just take any VHDL book, you will find the code for 3-8 bit decoder.

2 bit can have only four state. Look for LFSR equation. It will be a very few line program.
 

Both of your two required programs are very elementary and easy even for a beginer. Read about VHDL first before ask.... For 3-8 decoder, spend 30 mins, read about "case-when" instructions, you can do it yourself very easily.
