samples for CPLD or FPGA

Is there any free samples for 5v CPLD or FPGA with a minemum of 90 I/O pins. And not BGA pakage!

Try a local distributor.
5V is still offered in QFP packages - even FPGA
 

For 5V CPLD you can choose Xilnx's XC9500 series, Altera's 7000S, Lattice's MACH4A5.
For the 5V FPGA, haha. It is difficulty. Maybe you find some Xilinx's Spartan or 4000. Altera's Flex10K. But the price is too bad.

Altera offer samples for their PLDs and FPGA but throuth their authorized distruibutors but Xilinx does not offer samples.

as I know Xilinx dos not support free samples
