negative parasitic capacitance of MOSFET in simulation

Hi, I just don't understand why there are -Cgs, -Cgd or etc. of MOSFET, when I use Cadence virtuoso analysis and see the operation points?
And, why there are, say, Cgs and Csg which are different values?

Maybe this is a very simple question, can anyone help me please?
