record and play back chip

does any body suggest me a record and play back chip whic is capable for recording and playing 5 or more messages of atlest 30 sec each.

or any other alternate to it

You can use an microcontroller with external dataflash memory. You can start with AVR335: Digital Sound Recorder with AVR and Serial DataFlash - documentation from Atmel.
Another good document is Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation using PICmicro™ Microcontrollers from Microchip.

I think you should use a MCU with external memory chip. In my opinion, STM32 is the best choice, because this MCU provided a Voice processing Lib entitled "STM32F10xxx Speex library firmware".
