When the analog circuit engineer pass the schematic to the layout guys, what information must be provided?

Thanks

Re: What kind of information need be drawed in the schematic

MOS matching, wire width , resister matching , capacitor matching...

Re: What kind of information need be drawed in the schematic

apart from these things area (cell height or width constraints), shielding, diff pair are impoortant.

Re: What kind of information need be drawed in the schematic

resistor width and current drawn should also be emphasized in the sheet.

Re: What kind of information need be drawed in the schematic

max current over process, temperature, voltage corners
matching
key routing, parasitics, especially in high-frequency application.

Re: What kind of information need be drawed in the schematic

balancing

Substrate noise consideration; High Voltage guard line & ESD rule
