I have a S2P file for LNA in ADS.So how can I import into HFSS and integrate into my current design on antenna and do simulation for both in HFSS.It is possible.Im new in this field.plz help me....or email me alan6449@yahoo.com

hfss is a very good tool for simulating distributed elements, such as transmission lines.
If you want to simulate Lumped elements you need another software.
Ansoft has "ansoft designer" that is very good for your purpose. you can import s2p in it and also you can use Hfss results in Ansoft designer.
be successful.

To import S2P into HFSS:
Right Click Results -> Import Data -> Import Solution -> Browse -> [Find S2P] File -> Open -> Import

To plot the data:
Right Click Results -> [Select Plot] -> Solution: [select the imported S2P file]
