proportional solid state relay circuit

can any body suggest the design idea of solid stste relay using igbt :?:
also suggest circuit idea of proportional power controller( whose output current varies with respet to i/p voltage variation from 0-10v,0-5v d.c. if this is transformerless, it will be very useful to me.
