i am working on analog multiplier. i want to know the book name where i get some
material about in.plz help me

it's the same as mixer and modulator.
you can search more information using mixer as keyword.

Try with gilbert mixer. It's one of the classics

you can get information from razavi's book about gilbert structure, it is indeed an analog multiplier, of course, you can search for it in IEEE with this keyword.
