how to connect SD card to blutooth device

I wanted to change a sd card in a way so i can connect it to a wireless card . my final goal is to change sd card (digital camera) structure in a way that instead of storing a data send it directly to the computer.

suggestions?
 

First you have to trick the camera, because I dont think it will send any data if there is no card inserted...
