How to move or rescale components in Tanner S Edit?

in tanner S EDIT tool ,after placing the component, i m facing problem in movement of the components. hoe to move or rescale the component. i tried a lot . spent 3 hrs to know. if anyboady know abt this plz reply me.

Hello,

You can move components using the middle mouse button pressed simultaneously with mouse moving.

It's quite simple,
press alt when you move the component.
 

s-edit tanner move object

To rescale. first view the properties. (View->Properties pane" .Then u can edit the 'scale' ration in Properties pane.
